Privacy Policy
Armatte is a video production and art direction studio based in Casablanca. This policy explains what data we receive when you visit armatte.com or book a call, what we do with it, and what you can require of us.
It describes the site as it actually works. We run no analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording. Our own site sets no cookies.
1. Who controls your data

2. What we receive
Browsing the site requires nothing from you. Data reaches us only when you get in touch or book a slot.
- Booking a call: your name, email address, timezone and whatever you write in the message field. You enter these into the Cal.com widget embedded in our page, and Cal.com processes them on our behalf.
- Direct contact: whatever your email or phone call contains — your name, contact details, a description of your project.
- Project materials: scripts, images, brand assets and documents you send us so we can produce the work. We use them only to deliver the engagement.
- Server logs: our host records IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser type as part of running and securing the server.
3. What we use it for
We use your data for a short list of purposes and nothing else.
- Replying to you and arranging a call.
- Quoting, scoping and delivering a production.
- Managing the commercial relationship and invoicing.
- Meeting our legal and accounting obligations in Morocco.
4. What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for advertising profiles, and we run no behavioural tracking on this site.
5. Third parties on this site
Some features rely on external services. When their content loads, your browser contacts them directly, which necessarily discloses your IP address to them.
- Cal.com — the booking widget. Receives whatever you enter in the form.
- YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) — plays the portfolio films. We use the no-cookie mode, which limits tracking, but playing a video does open a connection to Google.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — typefaces. Loading them discloses your IP address to Google. We intend to self-host these fonts to remove that transfer.
- Hostinger — website hosting.
6. Cookies
Armatte sets no cookies and uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage. The language you see is determined by the page address, not by a cookie.
The third parties above may set their own cookies when you interact with them — starting a video, or confirming a booking. You can block these in your browser settings; the site remains usable.
7. How long we keep it
We keep commercial correspondence for the duration of the relationship, then for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. Project materials are kept through production and the warranty period that follows, unless you ask otherwise. After that they are deleted or archived offline.
8. Your rights
In Morocco, personal data processing is governed by Law 09-08 and supervised by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère personnel). You have rights of access, correction and objection, and you may complain to the CNDP.
If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR may also apply: you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing.
To exercise any of this, write to contact@armatte.com. We respond within one month.
9. Transfers outside Morocco
Our providers — Cal.com, Google, Hostinger — run servers abroad, so your data may be processed outside Morocco, including in the European Union and the United States. We use only providers that offer contractual data protection commitments.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to hosting and mail accounts is limited to those who need it. No measure is absolute and we won't claim otherwise: if a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will tell you and notify the CNDP.
11. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 13. Where a production features minors, we require written permission from their legal guardians before publication.
12. Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a revised update date. If a change affects how we use your data, we will tell affected clients directly.
